What is Profhilo used for?
Treatment with Profhilo improves skin tone, texture, hydration and overall radiance. It can help to increase firmness and elasticity and promote healthier and softer-looking skin. Profhilo is most commonly used for facial areas, but can also be used to rejuvenating the neck, décolleté, arms, knees, hands and abdomen.
What is involved?
The full course of Profhilo involves two injectable treatments, 1 month apart. The full results will not be noticeable till after the second part of the course has been given. However, a great many people see an improvement after the first injections.
How long does it last?
The full Profhilo treatment lasts anything from 6 to 12 months following the second injection. A maintenance once or twice a year is all that is then required

Is it painful?
You may experience some mild discomfort numbing cream can be offered, or the use of cooling packs the help reduce the discomfort. Most people though are fine without any intervention.
Will I bruise?
You may have some small, mild bruising, but this is not common. Most people do not experience any bruising at all.
Is there any down time?
You many have some little bumps shortly after the injections. These usually disappear within a few hours. Otherwise there is no downtime.
